You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your maya23 account username and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable steps to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your account. maya23 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to secure your credentials.
If maya23 determines that a player holds or has held multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and balances across those accounts, and permanently ban the player from registering again. We also reserve the right to report the conduct to relevant regulatory authorities where applicable.
maya23 is required to conduct identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") on all accounts, consistent with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations under Philippine regulations.

maya23 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Incomplete or illegible submissions may delay verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
If a player refuses to provide required verification documents, or if the documents provided cannot be validated to maya23's satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend the account and withhold withdrawal of funds pending resolution.
All deposits made to your maya23 account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. maya23 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts held by family members or friends. Third-party deposits may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

The minimum deposit at maya23 is ₱100. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No currency conversion is applied. maya23 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your own bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed, contact the maya23 support team via live chat as soon as possible.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification (see Section 4). Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, and to a payment method registered in your own name in all cases.
maya23 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending further identity verification, responsible gaming review, or fraud investigation. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a hold. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the account has an outstanding bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, unless the player elects to forfeit the bonus.

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 24 hours from its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
Bet settlements are based on the official result declared by the governing body or official results provider for each sport. In the event of a disputed result, maya23 may delay settlement pending official confirmation and reserves the right to void the affected market.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Prior to applying dormancy treatment to an account, maya23 will make reasonable attempts to notify the player via their registered mobile number or email address.
A dormant account may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the dormancy notice, deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. Reactivation is possible at any time by contacting the maya23 support team and completing any outstanding verification requirements. Any remaining balance is protected and will be returned to the player upon successful reactivation and identity confirmation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and maya23 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits or restricts any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the Philippines.
maya23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address with a reasonable period of notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the maya23 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
